What we collect

We collect minimal information to operate the site and pay out cashback:

  • Anonymous analytics (page views, country, referrer) via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
  • Referral attribution — when you click through our referral links, the exchange records that the signup originated from us. The exchange shares aggregated commission data with us; we do not see your trading activity directly.
  • Cookie consent state — stored locally in your browser only.
  • Contact form submissions — only if you choose to email us. We retain these for 12 months for support purposes.

What we do not collect

  • Your trading positions, balances, or P&L.
  • Your exchange login credentials.
  • Your wallet addresses or KYC documents.
  • Personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.

Cookies

We use the following cookie categories. You can control them via the cookie banner:

  • Necessary — site functionality only. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Anonymized. You can opt out via the cookie banner.
  • No advertising cookies. We do not run third-party ad tracking.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
  • Object to processing of your data.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Aggregated commission data from exchange partners is retained for 7 years for tax compliance.

Third parties

We share data only with the following third parties, each bound by data processing agreements:

  • Google (Analytics, Search Console).
  • Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection).
  • Partner exchanges (only the fact of referral; no personal data).

Children

Our service is not directed at minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as needed. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the site for 30 days.
